Yes, additional charge of $20 will apply for on-demand pickup between 9AM – 4PM.

What if I can't find the appropriate sized box to fit my items in?

Submit a request for a custom sized item to our support team and be sure to provide weight and dimensions of the item(s).

Do you pickup pre-packed and pre-labeled items?

Yes, pickup of pre-packed and pre-labeled items will be a flat $5 service charge.

Do you provide packing for my items in the event that I do not have packing material and shipping box?

Yes, we will pack your items for you using our top-grade packing materials. Additional charges will apply as a handling fee.

Do you provide a tracking ID for me to follow my shipment?

Once the items have shipped, a UPS tracking ID will be provided.
